Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal . 

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@twomoreskipthelast.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@twomoreskipthelast.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. 

Can I alter my order?

If you need to change your order for any reason (wrong shipping address, wrong product, etc.) there is a short window before processing begins. Please contact us at sales@twomoreskipthelast.com immediately so we can try to make the changes before processing has started. 

When will my order arrive?

Tracking information will be sent via email to the email address used at the time of purchase. Each item is made to order so please allow up to 7 days for the tracking email to be sent. 

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the conntinential US. We are working on International shipments to reach all of our cusomters! 

How much is shipping?

For orders under $75.00 shipping costs are a flat $5.00. For orders over $75.00 shipping is free! 

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships you will receive an email with all the tracking information. This will be sent ot the email address used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7 days for us to process your order and send you the tracking information. If you do not receive the tracking information within 7 days please contact us at sales@twomoreskipthelast.com. 

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

If there is any issue with your order please contact us at sales@twomoreskipthelast.com. For more information please visit our refund policy at the bottom of our website! 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via sales@twomoreskipthelast.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. 

About Two More Skip The Last™

What does Two More Skip The Last™ mean?

Two more skip the last is one of the most important rules on the mountain. We have all heard the horror stories that always happen on the last run of the day. Is it a coincedence that these stories always happen on that infamous last run? We beleive it is because of saying those two last words out loud "last run". To avoid any issue on the slopes we say "Two More skip The Last" implying you will take two more run but you skip the second one. By saying this you are saving everyone you are with from becoming one of those horror stories on that final run of the day. By doing so you can now finish off a successful day on the slopes with a good old Après-ski in the lodge. 

Does my order help the environment?

Yes! We know that we wouldn't be able to enjoy this beautiful winter sport if it weren't for mother nature. This is why we have partnered with Greenspark! For every order placed we donate to Greenspark who then plants trees, cleans up platic, and offsets CO2 usage throughout the world. We take pride in helping mother nature and this is one of the many ways we as a company help protect our planet so we can enjoy the mountains for years to come!
